Frisco was a town of roughly 6,000 people in 1990 and has grown into one of the fastest-growing cities in the country, now home to around 215,000+ residents — almost entirely new, master-planned development.

Frisco's newer housing stock means something specific for vehicle care: mature tree canopy simply hasn't had time to establish in most neighborhoods yet, so Frisco driveways tend to see more direct, unshaded sun exposure than older parts of Dallas or McKinney — less tree sap, but more sustained UV load on parked vehicles.
Frisco is also known for larger, multi-car garages in its newer construction, which shifts some vehicles from driveway exposure to garage storage — worth mentioning when discussing service frequency, since garage-kept vehicles generally need less frequent exterior attention than driveway-parked ones.
